✓ Completion of one-year Post graduate diploma in music therapy with emphasis on clinical applications from a recognised institution/organisation with emphasis on competencies such as music therapy foundations, clinical foundations, music therapy applications, and assessment and documentation with a minimum of 700 to 750 hours of supervised internship training as per the standards of allied health care training requirements (Hospital-based PGDMT training programs are exempt from specific internship training requirements)

✓ Completion of a Master’s Degree in Medical Music Therapy

✓ Of Indian origin and residents of India having completed a certified and accredited music therapy bachelor’s or master’s program for clinical practice from any place across the globe
