Dimpy Goswami Sharma
Dimpy Goswami Sharma, a native of Guwahati, Assam, is a trained lawyer turned music therapist with a lifelong passion for music holding a Bachelor of Music (Vocal) degree from Bhatkhande and a Postgraduate Diploma in Music Therapy from the Chennai School of Music Therapy. After completing internship at Dr.B. Barooah Cancer Institute, she started practising MT at her own healing centre Heal & Glow, where she conducts MT sessions and also works for cancer and Garbha Sanskar awareness programs.
Trained in Raga Sikitcha and Garbhashskar therapy, she also works as a social worker and an energy healer. Some of the accolades she has been awarded include the “Eminent Social Worker,” “Best Urban Entrepreneur for Wellness Therapy 2022,” and the “North East Kantha Silpi Sanman 2023.” My mission is to expand music therapy across Northeast India.
She currently serves as Regional Liaison
(Eastern India) for the Indian Association of Medical Music Therapists.
